Another unsettled week with mostly cautious water conditions. Monday and Tuesday will have chance of rain turning to snow starting later on Monday. This will come from a Coastal Storm, moderately distanced off the coast. Accumulations will be minimal at an inch or less. Highs will be in the 30’s and 40’s with lows in the 20’s and 30’s, then dropping in the teens to 20’s on Tuesday Night. Wednesday will be mainly dry, followed by rain and snow for Thursday and Friday. Showers are possible on Thursday and I am watching the possibility of a developing Winter Storm for Friday. Again cold air will be settled in with highs in the 20’s to 40’s and lows in the teens to 30’s. Water conditions will be hazardous on Monday and Tuesday, then cautious for the rest of the week.

A cold front will remain just south and east of the region overnight and Monday. An area of low pressure is expected to develop along the front and track northeastward off the Mid-Atlantic coast Monday afternoon and night. High pressure will build in Tuesday night and Wednesday. An area of low pressure over the Southern Plains will
eventually affect the region Thursday night and Friday. High pressure returns for next weekend.

Have a great week and thanks for reading!

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.
