The last few Fluke trips aboard the Down Deep Bull we ran Marathons, open boats and Joes crew with great bunches of new and returning guys and gals. When conditions are correct, the chew is good with plenty of keeper Fluke and HHs ORLS, along with other edible bottom dwellers, short action keeps it interesting. Joes trip didn’t fare that well but the guys fished hard and put some keepers on the table as well.

Porgy fishing continues to amaze everyone aboard. Quality and quantity is outstanding as coolers and totes fill with everything the crew comes for in less than sixty minutes. Just down right savage bites of double headers that are a blast to catch. The smiles are only rivaled by the biggest bags of fillets, all done, packed in ice, and handed out as the crew steps off the boat without waiting around.
