When I was down there a few years ago there were guys doing that.  They put the nets out by launching a boat from the beach then bring the nets in loaded with fish.   bngh bngh

Damn, thats not right...What ever happened to the law that was signed by the President making Striped Bass a game fish.  Netting them is just wrong... nosmly

I've seen several videos of this going on.  It truly is a shame.  While we are so regualted out on boats, these guys can just drag them in this way, and I guess shorts don't matter either.
