Callin for a little help...
« on: April 15, 2007, 02:06:30 PM »
Hey Everyone,
I was out flounder fishing this weekend and Fish On mentioned that he was going to be out there. He saw me but never said anything...Had he called, MAYBE they would have anchored up close to me, put a couple more fish in the bucket and MAYBE won the tourny. I know I had some fat fish.

If you guys are out there and not doing to well puttin fish in the box, give me a shout on the cell. IF I am doing alright, I don't mind helping you guys out. I know that there are going to be trips out there that I am going to need help with putting the meat in the box and hopefully I can resort to one of you guys.
I'm not one of those captains that will turn his shoulder and to be honest, just about every Captain here seems to be the same way. I don't want to speak for them but, this is the way I am.

Just my 2 cents for what it's worth...

Capt. Anthony

Could not agree with Capt Anthony more, we are all brothers out there. No one is asking to have anyone give up their secret spots. But if you know someone out there and your catching give em a shout......... :D

I know personally I have helped and been helped many a day. As the say "pay it forward" the good deed you do today will come back to you three fold............. ;) Just my personal feelings.......as I was taught by my Dad, fishing is fun, when it stops being fun it's time to get out........

Hi Capt. Anthony and All,

Great point ...

Maybe Rod can put together a list of folks and their phone numbers for on-water info.

My number is 732-859-1212 and I monitor channel 65 and the other popular channels.

Great point,

Capt. Ed

I thought we were in the process of doing that already.
Fish out of Toms River NJ.
Call Nick for open boat, 973-417-5756, or on Channel 68.

I clicked the link you had there and got an error. My cell is 570 236 8040. Radio monitor 67 68. Is there a place to post who is going out when. That would be very helpful along with a contact list. Networking with others on the water makes the game better for all.
