OK, the Bill has been introduced to the Assembly's Agricultural and Natural Resources Committee and the Senate's Environmental Committee.

Lets see what they can screw up this time.

Maybe, if we all start shouting at the same time, starting now, they will listen being this is a year where a lot of new people are running for office and they are noticing early on that there is a big block of votes just waiting to be harvested.

After a long afternoon, with seven other Bills ahead of ours and near two hours of testimony the Senate Environment Committee passed S336 on to the full Senate for its first reading. Step one in another long Legislative Process.
