Sorry to have taken this thread off course.. Epirb's and life rafts are important safety items if your out in the ocean....The type of epirb that (I think Luna Sea) was referring to is the 121/243 MHZ type. There is only a little over a year to go for 121.5/243 MHz EPIRBs; on 1 February 2009 the satellite receivers for those frequencies will be switched off.The newest type are 406...see that now back on topic!
