Discussion forum for mechanical
« on: April 09, 2008, 04:30:59 AM »
Just a thought. Maybe it would be nice to have a separate group for engine issues?  5hrug

Under boating covers alot of area. Just thought it might be nice if it was broken down alittle more. Someone might have run into a issue that would help someone else out. Or I might have a manual and someone needs info. This is what happens when it rains alot. My mind starts to wander.  grtn

Good idea IMO.

The thread about changing your water pump and T-stat was very informative for guys with little to no experience of maintenance for their engines. Alot of the members on this board are old salts (and I mean that in a good way) and know this stuff already.
This is a very user friendly site for people learning salt water fishing knowledge, I feel it would also bring more people on board rather than lurking especially if there is a question they may have.

Organization is everything and keeping topics (like engines and maitenance) in a seperate forum would make it easier to browze for information.
