Fresh Water Report
« on: April 18, 2008, 07:53:55 PM »
I took the advise from members here and passed it along to my brother who fished a lake near Great Adventure in Jackson.  He has been there about a dozen times in the last few weeks, and every time he is catching pickerel, bass, perch, etc.  Just yesterday he claims he had a pickerel, but also claims that it was over 3 feet and broke the line when he was the net.  PIKE?  MAYBE?  My brother was only using 4 lbs test...

Needless to say, I bought my freshwater licence today and now I have to show him how to land this thing... Power Pro...  chrz

Niiiice TT^

I gave it a shot yesterday at a small private pond. When we got there the Bass were crushing bugs on the surface all over but would not take a rubber worm. it's about the only thing that can be used because there is structure and reeds all around.

I've pulled alot of big fish out of Prospertown/ Switlick chain of lakes myself. The no electric motor rule keeps most people out of there. As a matter of fact, the Largemouth mount in my florida room came from there. >:D  <'((((><
I've spent most of my life fishing, the rest I've just wasted     <'((((><
