catfish's bass report

had some local friends out today for a bass trip ,wind was on our minds all night and we decded to make the run and deal w/ it ,we ran to the kill this morning and had a hard time comming up w/ bunks so ,I netted up 15 and we decided to use clams .I went to an area that been holding fish and we had action w/ in 10 minutes,again we pulled the hook on 3-4 bass at the boat ,my buddy chris had a 20 lber come to the surface 10 yards from the boat and a blue hit the fish finder rig and set the fish free .all the action was on bunker and they wouldnt touch a clam so we fished w/ what we had and had to use small chunks and it paid off for my buddy dave who landed his personal best striper at 31 lbs. 44 inch's ,dave had his girl friend missy w/ him on this trip and she was great to have on board ,the goal of the day was to put her on fish until her arm was sore and it work ,she got her personal best bass wieghing in at 17 lbs .we ran out of bunks and it was over just as fast as it started,I made a run to the bunker grounds only to find it vacant of any life so I called it a day.all in all it was a great day cut short

wind laid down around 10 or so ,I thought about staying in the back but knew the water was gonna get muddy on the turn of the tide so I headed east ,joe called me and came over he was on them he said
