Headed out with pops in the am for some flukin'

Seemed it was tough for everyone today from what I saw/heard.

We wound up with 2 keepers-19.5 and 21" with about a dozen throw backs.

Lots of cocktail blues on poppers as well added to the fun.

Not much of a drift today which was the problem.

Stayed in same spot, no anchor for like 2 hours at 1 point.

Got to see Hunter II and some members of his family get in on the bluefish action

Yep, tuff day for fluking today. But at least the weather was nice.

Mike I'm always thanking you.....I work too much but we WILL hook up and get out there soon. I fished the suds Sun just throwing some metal with my wife along (non fisher person)at the hook with no luck.I will also be looking forward to that tourny in July, I will register the boat and team this week...TTYL.
