Heat a pan with half stick of butter, 1 cup of red Ziff wine, and either fresh garlic or garlic powder to taste, add fluke fillets and cover.  Do not turn the fish over, keep the cover on the post and have it steam up.  Both sides will cook.. When fish flakes, remove and eat. Very easy, very good.

nope.. Just as stated.  The butter and red wine together makes a great taste.  Cook slow and there is no need to flip the fillet, the heat and steam will cook both sides.

sounds good I will try.

I have made it that way except use beer instead of wine-- it is also good but very very light. Paprika and I mean the Hungarian type to taste.

Paprika is also a good touch.  The wine gives it a nice taste, salt, pepper, lemon will also add to the taste after its cooked.
