Peggy Lee 6/25 Fluking Report.

Left the dock at 7 am, Low water witha North West Wind.Snagged some bunker and sent them right back down:Gots.Tried Diamonds:Gots.
Fished the TC buoy with spearing, squid,and Gulps(white): 4 shorts 1 Keeper.Okay now.
Fished Chapel Hill with spearing ,robin, squid and teasers (tied during winter)3 shorts 1 more keeper caught on the teaser.started to see more robins and and boat traffic.(every body called in sick today)Trolled to Romer w/stretches and spoons: Gots. Went to Nudie Beach and Sandy Hook Channel picked another 5 shorts and 2 keepers.Water temp 68*Lost some bucktails,and rigs but thats fishing. Gave my Fishing Buddy the fillets(kept dinner) since he's having a cookout Saturday.Fueled up and dropped my pants.
Cleaned up, had cold beer and cigar.Good Luck out there guys.               AJ.

Nice report AJ. You got some keepers and had action most of the day by the sounds of it.

Did you get a kiss at the gas dock also?  ;D

AJ that line was from Dog Day Afternoon with Al Pacino released in 1975, I had the trailer on You Tube but it containes adult language so thats why I didn't throw into the post saving Rod the trouble of going back and pulling it.

Great report.. TT^ Nice job workin them keepers.. We all feel your pain at the pump.. I loaded up with diesel on Sat...smarted a little..Buying a diesel sure seemed like a better idea last year when it was 2.50 gal..   chrz
