Hunter 2 6/25 Fluking in Raritan bay
« on: June 26, 2008, 10:23:43 PM »
Left the dock around 5:20 pm.  Hoping to get some straggling Striper's by the Raritan train bridge.  Things were going slow with only one large bluefish in the box. :-\
We head over to the triangle for some Fluking but the drift was slowing down. We landed 4 keepers up to 24" and some just a 1/2" short. Plus a few postage stamps, as my dad will call real small fluke.
The tied died on us and it got dark too. We head back to Keyport around 11 pm. It was a beautiful night and good times were had by all.

PS. Why do the fish always hit while I'm eating my sandwich?? 5hrug 5hrug
