Spearfish's Saturday Fluke Report

This is my first report on this site.  I fished a local tournament out of Edison on Saturday with my dad and son.  We managed to find seven keepers, but not enough to win the tourney, although we settled for a tie in the largest sea robin calcutta.  We fished mostly in the reach from the triangle out to 10, then Chapel Hill and the SH Channel.  We found a few concentrations of fish, but mostly shorts, and the keepers were not caught in any one place.  Biggest fish for us was 21".

welcome, I was also out sat. in the same area's lots of shorts and sharks caught managed 3 nice keepers largest 22 in, should only get better from here on hopefully.

We didn't catch any sharks, but I didn't mind.  The fishing was much better on the outgoing, and seemed to die for a while after the switch.
