Fish Monger 8/2 fluking Fin-s Bob trip
« on: August 02, 2008, 09:11:15 PM »
Had a Group of online guys consisting of Fin-s Bob, Hook A FATTIE Keith, Jim River Rat, Pb&j Jon, Joe The Hunter AND Don.

Headed North Again. Caught A few Nice keepers Right away. Tough Drifting Conditions ,wind against but, we managed to slide along and pick a few keepers every drift. The were nice size fish and again worth the wait.

The guys fished hard all day at the rail and thats what makes the keepers add up.
Got interrupted by the thunder storm but before it came was our best drift when the wind went nw with the current, getting 6 keepers that drift.

By the time it was all said and done we wound up with 27 nice keepers!!!

Gotta give credit were it due (mike) ppj jon had the big fish over 8 lbs on the camo bucktail and the dollar bill yo fish.

Keiths fish was next at 7 lbs 15 oz. Bunch of others in the in the 3-5 lb range along with seabass and ling....

Good Times Today and nice day on the water

Thanks again guys

Capt Jerry and Capt Wayne

Excellent catch Capt. You have certainly been putting your crews on the fish lately. Keep it up.  t^

WOW good day
Nice post

with my shorts to keeper ratio at about 75:0 on the last few trips, and my freezer looking a little thin also, I will be exploring some new grounds later today....

On the positive note fuel at my dock is down to $4.21 (can't believe I am saying that is a positive)
