I will stay away from yozuri because I purchased a spool of their 12# hybrid to spool up by bay reel and it was the worst line I have EVER used. can you say memory! I know it's not 100% floro but they advertised it as being best suited as fishing line. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
Well... the only advantage to floro is that doesn't reflect light like mono. So I would say in low light conditions it doesn't make a difference, or in 50+ feet of water.

An advantage to fluorocarbon line for bottom fishing is that it sinks. Mono floats.
