Keyport Snapper Tournament

None Jason's snappers placed in the top 5 of his age bracket (11-15). His best was a shade over 7". The winner was 9.25"s with several 8"s finishing 2-5. Biggest overall was a 10"+ snapper in the 6-10 age bracket. Total count was 153 snappers measured in the 2 hour tournament.

Jason however didn't go home empty handed as he won a nice spinning rod/reel and a pair of free passes aboard the Captain John in the raffle following the tournament. TT^

We'll be using those passes tomorrow.  ;D

Congrat to your son!!  Sounds like a great day.  Maybe next year I will try it with my son.  He was too young for this year!!
