Boots for PB's
« on: September 04, 2008, 01:28:38 PM »
Greetings all, Does anyone know of a good source
for those white rubber boots the mates wear?
I tried Cabella's but couldn't find them.
Thanks,

The white "shrimper" boots?  Fisherman Supply in Pt Pleasant.

Good for warm/cool weather.  No warmth for the winter though. grtn

Thats why heavy wooley socks are worn when it gets BRICK out...  as long as you got warmth from the wooley socks... the next key to warmth is stayen dry... hence Rugged Shark boots keep you warm and dry...

Wool socks are nice but ain't doing anything for you with those boots when on deck of a boat in January and the rods are encased in ice from the spray ;)

That's when these are a Godsend TT^

Yup, Fishermans Supply has a good selection of boots. Pick up a pair of those white boats for summer use and a insulated pair for winter fishing.

Anybody have these boots?  They look good and are only $33/pr.

I think SRMO is also Mac's Tackle in Neptune-- just past Kelly's Tavern on 35S before Shark River Island & YC. You could likely stop in and check em out in person.....
