Raritan bay conditions?

Wondering what the water looks like in the bay after storm thinking of doing a little pluggin tonite

I'm on tottenville beach right now...  the bay is like a lake...  but no bait fish in sight...

the river in the back is like mud ,it is pushing hard so the bay will have a mud line.alot of fresh water gettin pushed out
