Hitting the Park late morning.
« on: October 10, 2008, 11:03:02 PM »
Hi All,

Well the wife and sister in Law want to go the the beach so it looks like I will be out there in the late morning as low tide is 11:21.  So I guess I will have to settle for the incoming tide.

I wonder how long it will take for them to get tired of fishing and wander off.  I just hope I can get a decent rip to work.  If anyone will be out there give me a call on the cell 732-684-0385 or I have been starting to monitor CB channel 5 since the Governors Cup Surf Tournament.  I do not have a handle so I will be using 579 as mine.  5hrug

I guess I will start off around the infamous A10 and work south and see how far I can get before they realize I moved, hahaha.

Clams will be bait of choice with plugs and lures thrown in the mix.  But defiantly clams has to be on the menu.

Happy Catching

Paul

Sure...now I have to go rig mine up and see if I can get it to work ;D!

Good Luck tomorrow!  I have a family trip to Amish Country all day!

How did you do, Paul?
I was coming down to Tom's River this morning, but got a last minute invite to a pig roast in Nutley, so.....stomach growling wins!
I'll be down tonight afterwards and hope to get out tonight or early Sunday morning.  I don't have permits and only my all wheeler Murano.  Any anyone have any recs on where to wet my line?  I've got my bucktails, pencils and spooks, but also will have bait rigs. If not, I may just hit the Seaside height's pier, where Catfish Hunter sent me in the summer.  Since I'm staying at the Borgata Sunday night, I'm going to try and find time for Harrah's inlet, the Jetty, or even the Brig side.
Thanls!
Jeff
One day I'll have a photo of me and my 1st Striper up instead of this cat.

Did OK 3 fish but nothing to speak of 2 Fluke and a Star Gazer all of which were returned to the suds.

But if you read From the Suds you will see what happened later.
