Trip is on until further notice.  Will make call if it's cancelled on Saturday.  Trust me, I don't want to go out and get beat up either.

West winds and we'll be inshore so shouldn't be as bad as it looks on paper.

Breezy whitecaping conditions with moderate choppy seas. Small long period swell.
Winds: W 12 to 16 knots
Seas: E 1 feet at 11 sec.

Afternoon   
Very windy with large choppy seas. Small craft advisory. Small short period wind waves.
Winds: W 21 to 29 knots
Seas: W 4 feet at 4 sec.

Solid 20-25kt west winds would be fishable and sometimes the big boys like to chew in a bit of the slop however that 30-40 is a wee bit much.

I'll keep watching and will discuss with captain Mike later today/tomorrow.  AIn't looking too good :'(

Just spoke with Capt Mike as he's out tog'n.

Some with 1, some with 4+.  Slow pick.

Says if it's 20-25 W won't be too much of a problem.  Stay tuned. grtn
