Fishing Lure Holder
« on: December 09, 2008, 06:33:42 AM »
I have been fishing the beach for years... each fall I find myself walking the beach throwing plugs for hours.....

I would have all 50 plugs in my plug bag... But found I would only use 1 or 2 each trip out... But I still carry the that heavy plug bag...

I now have a new way to hold my  favorite lures the black/silver Mambo Minnow being one of them...

While out shopping I found a Tooth Brush travel holder.... The Mambo Minnow fits great and so does alot of other small plugs....

Now I can walk the beach.... Fish all day with my favorite lures and not have that heavy plug bag to carry....

Hope this helps
The areas I fish are the ones you said where a wast of time

Thanks for sharing Dave.  I have to agree on the use of only a couple of lures each time out.  I guess we carry the bag for that just in case factor or just the; it looks cool mantra.

Whichever one I still like to have the security blanket there.

Better yet the holder was only .69 cents....

I use it for tons of lures, metal and jigs what ever....

The only problem is no large plugs with big hooks will fit.... minor set back
