I'll
Anyone need a rod for the trip? I should be able to bring a few extra if necessary, just let me know.

GT,

I'll take you up on that offer.  I've been holding off on pulling the trigger on a new "tog specific" rod.  If you'll let me fish with one or two of yours, it may help me make a decision on one. ;)

Thanks,
Bob

Bucktail, I'll bring ya a muskie St Croix and Lami tri-flex to use.  Can wiggle some of the others as well.  Reels on them will be spooled with braid, just FYI.

With a guy like me in the back seat, you can't charge enough. I smoke like a chiminey and snore like a grizzly bear. :-*

Has it been determined who will be ordering/getting the whiteleggers?
The cost can be split on the boat.

Well the both of us smoke so that's not an issue. All that matters is who will be driving.  I think I'll drive down and she'll drive back.  Snoring...we might both beat you there too rofla

So can someone pick up the whiteleggers?  Doubtful I can get down there saturday to pick them up.

Picked up the rod and reel for the give away for the trip.  t^

Tica rod: Wreck Series, 7', Rated 20-40#.

Reel: Shimano TLD2040S

Reel will be loaded with backer and 50 pound power pro.

Ready to fish?  5hrug Not yet.  ;D

Also throwing in Gamakatsu Octopus hooks, 2/0, 4/0 and 5/0, six packs and a spool of 60# Seaguar Fluorocarbon leader material leader.

We would be remiss if we did not supply some sinkers. Winner will also receive 3 each of 6,8,10 and 12 ounce flat bank sinkers.

All you need to catch fish is bait and a good feel for the bite.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

Quick reminder, we still have two spots available for any member who would like to join us.
