Fishing the boundary waters around NJ must be a real pain. You have to worry about where you are, what license you need, what regs you need to follow. So much for just fishing. The Delaware just became a real hassle to fish. You potentially need a NJ Freshwater License and a Delaware Saltwater License for certain sections! So much for a license holder...you need a license filing cabinet.
