Good luck, don't let the temptation to start again get the best of you. This will be one of the best choices you ever made. I quit cold turkey in 1980 after many years of smoking. It will add some years to your life and a ton of $$$ in your pocket.

 Just think of all the fishing 'stuff' you can buy just with the price of one pack of coffin nails.  TT^

Thanks for the positive reinforcement guys.  slt  I'm gonna need it.  rgmn  I'm 31 and have been smoking for the last 15 years or so.  It's a hard thing to change, but any change for the better is good change.  Thanks again.  It's gonna be a rough ride for the next few days.

Great Move, Every x-smoker has a story of how they quit and how much they smoked.  Right now the most important story is yours.  minute by minute  hour buy hour day by day and so on.  Each min., hr., day and so on smoke free is an accomplishment, that could only be destroyed by 1 cigarette. keep up the good work. t^ An ex 4 pack a day smoker,  18 years smoke free.
