Piece of advice.  Don't ever give yourself an excuse to slip.  (ie out at the bar, drinks with an old friend, just this once....).  I quit for over 2 years.  Screwed up and had one at a bar with friends thinking that it was ok cause I was drinking.  Now I'm friggin hooked to these evil things again.
