Thats why I'm a landlocked fisherman.  I can't afford the extras anymore.

I pay $195 for the IBSP permit and I'm happy as a clam.

When I had a house on a lagoon it was different just had to worry about maintenance.  Wow what a bummer.

Believe it or not Atlantic Highlands is pretty good.  Restaurant, bait shop, rest rooms, showers, great water pressure on a floating dock and it's $2,100.00 for the season.. Thats not too bad.
