Keeping fingers crossed  t^
I've heard some good things about the shark action from the sand lately.

Speaking of walk-ons...if anyone walking on needs gear carted in or a ride on, let me know and I'll run the truck out to the parking lot once I'm set up.

Ok folks here is the deal. We will be meeting in the area of A10 on the island. The weather stations are all over with weather reports but I think we will be ok. I will post any cancelations on this thread at noon, but we should be good.

As for the park I am told that there is a new administrator, and they are being sticklers about rules. I have been spending a lot of time out there and haven't had any problems. Please don't attempt to drive on with out a pass. Parking is very close to where we are going to be.
You need to get there as early as possible if you are not bringing fishing poles as they stop people from comming in who are not fishing at dusk. Saying that you are here for the surf rocket event may not help you to get in,but I will talk to them at the shack on my way in.

I may be out there a little late around 730 or 8 I am hoping not 8,I have to see what time I get out of work get loaded and on the road. Last year I was able to bring lots of food and sodas as well as the baits, this year its gonna be pretty much the baits. Its been a rough year,I'm sure though we will have a great time still.

Anyone who is driving on that can bring fire wood would be excellent. I will be bringing as much as I can,but I am working out of a jeep this year and am lilited to space. We have been catching sharks all week on beaches close to the island so I know they are there too. So the chances that we hook up are very good. The fish have been from 50lbs to 135lbs so be prepaired for the beach fight of your life. Also if you would like to bring some fresh bunker for your selves we have been catching them close as well as way out there.

I will bring rigs made up so don't worry about not having the right setups. And as always I have about 50 or 60 surf rocket baits made up. I will be bringing my daughter and 2 new daughters with me this year and I am excited about that. I'm sure they will keep Rods slipper dog company.

If I missed anything I will be back on later I have 40lbs of bunker in my kitchen sink that I need to rig up. Be back in a bit.

Sounds great Ken   t^
I'll be out there between 6 and 7 to get a little fishing in beforehand.  I'll setup at A10 and will have the NJSWF flag flying.
If I have some room, I'll throw firewood in the truck.
Like I said earlier, anyone not driving on that needs gear carted in, etc. give me a call and I'll run out to the A10 lot with the truck.

Ok I am on the money. Just finished making up the last of the baits I could. We have about 50 some rocket baits, and like I said I will bring some rigs may need to use your own sinker if your casting though. I have 50 some odd sinkers frozen and not sure what I have left. We are going to have a great night.
