Chris Heywoods 16lbs+ Blackfish aboard Fish Monger Charters.4/15/21
Today we had Chris and a smaller family charter... Had all intentions of canceling today with noaa calling for heavy wind all week... looked at it again yesterday and seen all the wind taken out so we gave it a go. Glad we went... was pancake flat... needed the rain coat but the fish were biting. Loads of shorts tho but good life n action... nothing great but plucked at the keepers here n there with the guys managing to scrape up their Limit for dinner... drifted a couple small pieces when we lost the tide and managed a few cod... bunch of shorts n 5 bonus keepers. Last fish of the day was Chris Monster which weighed in at 16 n change amd regains him family bragging rights!!!! tried to release it and revive but it was on a clam n slider hook swallowed n was a bleeder / floater. Back at it in the am... thanks guys!!!
